A group of nearly 60 birds in Amsterdam Slotervaart. One bird from this group was killed by a cat and is now in the Zoological Museum Amsterdam. Two months before, a Japanese Waxwing had flown against a window in Amsterdam-Noord. See this page for pictures of both species of waxwing in the ZMA.
