2cy Baltic Gull/2kj Baltische Mantelmeeuw

1: © Ruud Altenburg, 25-05-06. Erasmusgracht, Amsterdam. Present together with 2cy Baltic Gull CJC9. A typical 2cy fuscus that has replaced all feathers, including the primaries, at least once. There's only one problem with the identification: it isn't ringed! Tegelijkertijd aanwezig met 2kj Baltische Mantelmeeuw CJC9. Een typische 2kj fuscus die alle veren, inclusief de handpennen, tenminste eenmaal vervangen heeft. Er is slechts een probleem met de identificatie: de vogel is ongeringd!

The upperwing coverts would be well-patterned for fuscus. Minder typisch, maar deze vogel heeft staart, arm en de binnenste zeven handpennen vervangen. De bovenvleugeldekveren zouden behoorlijk opvallend zijn getekend voor fuscus.
