1-3: © Ruud Altenburg, 10-11-05. Erasmusgracht, Amsterdam. Three 1cy Lesser Black-backed Gulls. Although some scapulars are missing, all of them essentially are in juvenile plumage! Size, structure and late moult indicate these birds should probably be considered L. f. intermedius. Drie 1kj Kleine Mantels. Hoewel enkele schouderveren ontbreken dragen alle drie de vogels nog in volledig juveniel kleed! Grootte, bouw en late rui wijzen erop dat deze vogels waarschijnlijk behoren tot L. f. intermedius.
