Caspian Gulls quickly moult to their first winter plumage, but this bird still has quite a number of juvenile scapulars, especially in its right shoulder (1). The head has turned almost white, constrating with the boa of streaks in the lower neck. Also note the long, thin bill, tertials with broad white tips, and typical pattern of the greater coverts (3). 1kj Pontische Meeuw, in 5 samen met 1kj Zilvermeeuw.
